Site Manager - Commercial Fit-OutLondon / On-Site We're working with a specialist fit-out company delivering high-end commercial joinery projects with a value up to £25 million. They are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily site activities, coordinating labour and subcontractors to meet programme deadlinesEnsure all works comply with design, regulatory, health & safety, and quality standardsLiaise effectively with main contractors, architects, and consultants to maintain strong working relationshipsMonitor site progress, report delays, variations, and potential risks to the Project ManagerOversee site logistics including deliveries, inductions, and RAMS complianceMaintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, progress photos, and environmental dataCoordinate site surveys and assist the design team as requiredEnsure all subcontractors adhere to site processes and safety regulationCommunicate any site issues promptly to the Project Manager and escalate where necessaryAssist in the preparation and review of inspection and test plansSupport compliance with company quality, environmental, and health & safety proceduresRequirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out or joinery projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to prioritise workload and work under pressureGood knowledge of site safety and regulatory compliancePreferred QualificationsCSCS Gold Card, SMSTS, IPAF, PASMAFirst Aid and Fire Marshall certifications desirable
