Job DescriptionInfrastructure Engineer required.Our client is a privately owned and highly successful Logistics, Construction and Maintenance business, employing over 2,000 people in the UK. They are now looking for an experienced Infrastrcture Engineer/3rd Line Support to join their IT team of 6, based in Paisley.  The successful candidate will be working with the in-house IT team to maintain the infrastructure of our communications, networking and collaborative tools and processes. Customer service skills are essential as well as excellent knowledge of Azure.  Position Overview  Develop & Maintain core infrastructure technologies Act as point of contact from staff regarding IT issues Troubleshooting of IT related problems Liaise with in-house technical staffLeading the on-going support  Maintaining security & availability of key systems Investigating and rectifying issues  Providing incident support  Position Requirements Experience in 3rd Line Support Strong knowledge of storage area networks and backup systems Competent in configuration Excellent knowledge of Azure & Office 365 Previous role in a manageable position – desirable Experience working with Cetrix Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced knowledge of PC hardware & software Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Position Remuneration Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm / 9am- 6pm  Salary £31,000 – £37,000 (dependant on experience) 28 days holiday including bank holidays Pension Scheme Progression opportunities
