Your main responsibilities as a   Mental Health Practitioner:

Maintain a personal awareness of legislation, policies and procedures, particularly those relating to the Care Act, The Mental Health Act, the Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding and self-directed support in order to apply a strong evidence base to ensure consistency and a high quality of service delivery. Provide high quality assessment and intervention to service users experiencing a wide range of mental health problems, promoting recovery and independence to identify appropriate pathways and treatment plans with service users.  Care planning. Care Coordination Actively participate in, and contribute to supervision and team meetings

What we are looking for in a   Mental Health Practitioner:  

Post Qualified Registration in a core profession at degree level Eligible to work in the UK Hold a full UK license(where role is community based)
