Your newpany Hays Education works closely with many schools across the South Birmingham area, providing teaching assistant support on a day-to-day and long-term basis. We are currently seeking HLTA’s on a temporary basis. Working with Hays on a supply basis, means that you can work the hours that suit you and your work/life balance.Your new role Hays are currently recruiting for HLTA’s to start immediately in the B13 area. These jobs are available on a part time and long-term basis, which means you could be working from one term up to the whole academic year. Ideally, you will be available full-time. However, part-time options are also available. As an HLTA, you will be required to work with children of specific age groups or small group basis.What you'll need to succeed You must have experience within a childcare environment, including schools and nurseries. Ideally, you will have a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification.
