Implementing innovative teaching strategies to support the development of essential skills, including literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional learning. Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed and involved in their child's educational journey. Collaborating with the school's leadership team and fellow educators to continuously enhance teaching practices. Requirements: A passion for early childhood education and a genuine commitment to nurturing young minds. Prior experience working in an EYFS setting, either through teaching placements or professional roles. Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young learners, colleagues, and parents. Creativity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to embrace innovative teaching methods. A commitment to continuous professional development and a growth mindset.
