If so, this may be the opportunity that you have been searching for… The business is looking for a Capital Projects Manager with excellent problem solving, communication, and leadership skills to join their engineer department based in Norwich to manage the procurement, installation, and commissioning of the site’s capital project portfolio. The role is offering: A starting salary of £50,000 – £55,000 pro rata Company bonus Flexitime As a Capitals Project Manager some of your responsibilities will be to: Lead the site capital projects plan and deliver via site team Manage Cap-Ex projects with a portfolio size of £1.4m – £4m Develop accurate Project Initiation, project cost estimates and fixed project budgets while managing the financial project spend through the project life cycle Directing engineers and designers to ensure an efficient completion of the project Handle risk management including risk identification Coach and mentor others Assess Project Briefs to support risk mitigation and maximise value prior to pricing by delivery contractor Manage the project team Key skills and experience required: Educated to Degree level or equivalent in an engineering discipline with chartered status Hold a recognised PM qualification A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar management role Significant experience in a range of technical areas and with people management/project leadership ability.
