They have experienced 100% growth YoY for the past 3 years and are anticipating continued growth for the next several yearsJob DescriptionEnsure accurate product costing to support strategic pricing and commercial decisionsCollaborate with management on pricing strategiesImplement and maintain systems for timely and insightful management reportingOversee debtor management and cash flow forecastingAdminister invoice financing and inventory reporting processesManage royalty calculations and reporting for brand partnersMaintain accurate inventory records, including third-party stock trackingPrepare key performance indicators (KPIs) for monthly financial reviewsCompile stock valuations, accruals, and prepayment schedulesHandle VAT submissions and compliancePropose initiatives to enhance profitabilityCoordinate insurance coverage updatesLiaise with head office and external advisors as neededThe Successful ApplicantQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)FMCG industry experience (inventory accounting)Willing to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of transactional financeDemonstrates professionalism, discretion, and meticulous attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team cultureTrack record of acting as a finance business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teamsAs the company grows, identifyProficient in Xero and highly skilled in ExcelWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from around £90,000 - £120,000 (depending on experience and interview performance)Potential Long Term Incentives (depending on candidate and experience)Discretionary Bonus based on company performance metricsStandard Benefits
