Job DescriptionSenior Project Manager - OLELocation: Glasgow Salary: Circa £60,000 - £70,000 dependant on level of experience plus package in cluding car / allowance Company A leading European supplier for railway electrification are currently looking to hire a Senior Project Manager with expereince working on OLE projects to join their growing team in Glasgow Senior Project Manager Duties: Assist in co-ordinating external audit and assurance activities by facilitating each audit and the closure of any associated findings with relevant departments.Assist in the maintenance of business certification relevant to the company scope of operations.Assist in maintaining internal audit and assurance programmes liaising with internal auditors to ensure 100% of audits are delivered to plan.Assist in audit/assurance activity analysis to identify trends to drive continuous improvement.Carry out audit and assurance activities across the business.Assist with the control of the Integrated Management System including Control of documents and records to ensure that they are up-dated periodically and maintain document control register.Assist in the production of management reports and KPI submissions.Assist in the embedment of the RM3 model for the business using the results of audit and assurance activities.Assist in the development of digitalised HSQE solutions.Carrying out any other reasonable related duties. Senior Project Manager Specification Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.Excellent level of Computer literacy and Microsoft office suite.Internal Auditor Qualification.Experience supporting in audits and the preparation.Communication and Interpersonal skills.Strong IT Skills.Problem-solving ability.Excellent organisational skills.Proactive and focused.Willing to travel if required for the role to fulfil duties.
