With rising demand and a strong pipeline of repeat business, they are entering an exciting phase of growth and strengthening their senior engineering capability.In this role, you will split your time between the office and site visits, leading projects from early concept and tender stages through to detailed design and delivery.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to advance their career, take ownership of significant projects, and become a key technical figure within a forward-moving businessThe Role: * Producing structural design calculations across a range of sectors and materials * Taking the technical lead on projects and running multiple jobs simultaneously * Overseeing drafting staff and coordinating the preparation of drawings and tender packages * Carrying out structural inspections, report writing and house surveys * Liaising with clients, contractors and project teams to support successful delivery * Mentoring junior staff within the office * Exposure to diverse projects including fuel and energy sites, airports, commercial schemes and residential developmentsThe Person: * Previous experience in a Senior/Principal Structural position * Strong experience delivering projects across multiple sectors and using all common building materials * Skilled in structural software packages (, MasterSeries, AutoCAD) * UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
