Your new role Leadplex corporate tax advisory projects and coordinate input from specialist teams.Overseepliance work, review technical advice, and act as the main client and HMRC contact for strategic planning and risk management.Mentor and coach managers and assistant managers, driving professional development and performance.Support business development, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to technical knowledge-sharing through briefings and workshops.Ensure high technical standards andpliance with firm procedures while promoting ESG initiatives and wellbeing.What you'll need to succeed CTA qualified (ACA, CA or ACCA an advantage) with significant post-qualification experience in corporate taxpliance and advisory.Ability to interpret tax legislation andmunicateplex advice clearly and simply.Strongmunication and relationship-building skills, withmercial awareness and problem-solving ability.Interest in business development and networking to drive growth.Experienced in coaching and developing others, fostering an inclusive team environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software (Alphatax experience preferred).What you'll get in return Pension scheme and life assurance (up to 4x salary)Ie protection and health cash planOption to buy extra holiday daysCounselling, family support, and virtual GP accessCycle-to-work schemeDiscounts on shopping and gymsGifts for milestones and one volunteering day annuallyEmergency financial support via charitable foundation
