The Role

 ·To direct and deliver local best practice and Global Security and Policy compliance.

·To perform risk assessments, internal audits and facilitate training across all levels of the company.

·To lead all audits both internal and external on all areas of Security and Policy compliance

·Support Finance, IT and Legal & Compliance in respect of all legislative compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

Co-ordination, development, and execution of compelling training programs to promote awareness and rationale of Security and Compliance initiatives.

Management and monitoring of all Entity Level Controls in line with SOX obligations.

Develop and maintain risk register for all rules and legal regulations affecting the company..

Lead on essential security and compliance policy reviews.

Providing consultation across the business.

Impact assessment of global policies on local business practices

Evaluating IT Security technologies

Co-ordination of risk management

Co-ordination of global audit requirements

First point of contact for all Security matters.

Prepare reports for senior management and head office.

Assist business owners with supplier onboarding process and present best practice to existing suppliers on cyber security best practice.

Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments and best practice

About You

Education:

Relevant degree

Cyber Security qualifications desirable

  Skills:

Excellent knowledge of global and local Security and legal framework

Excellent IT Security understanding.

Proven track record of delivering training and compliance.

Ability to evaluate risk and reward.

Proven ability to handle multiple and complex objectives concurrently.

  Experience:

At least 5 years' experience in Cyber Security environment

Proven ability with legal regulations and compliance requirements
