Job description IDEX Consulting are representing a reputable and long-standing financial advisory business who are seeking a Paraplanner to join their Wakefield based support team.Role responsibilities include:To assist the Financial Planner in formulating the advice to the client, providing technical support and guidance where appropriateReview client objectives ensuring they are clear, concise and achievable when compared against the client's financial circumstanceProvide research and analysis of investment funds and financial products, whilst considering the client objectivesPrepare financial plans, clearly outlining the client's current position, where they need to be and how they will get therePreparation of fund switch and encashment letters according to advice providedObtain applications, key features documents, factsheets, illustrations and product comparison quotes through appropriate source - providing clear research of the advice providedLiaise with product providers/third parties regarding any technical queriesThe ideal candidate will:Level 4 diploma qualifiedGood understanding of the financial planning processStrong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communicationCustomer service skills - providing an excellent service to the Adviser and clientExcellent planning and organisational skillsAbility to work effectively to deadlinesAccuracy and attention to detail to balance demands of role
