In this role, you will champion the development of learning and social skills in children with additional needs. Your responsibilities will span from one-to-one individual support to guided small group learning and activities. Key Responsibilities: * Build empathetic and effective relationships with children, adapting your approach to meet their specific needs. * Collaborate closely with teachers, educational psychologists, and other professionals to ensure the accurate implementation of personalised educational plans. * Create and adapt support materials to empower children to thrive in a mainstream classroom setting and foster an engaging and stimulating learning environment.
