Description IT Infrastructure Support Engineer 2nd and 3rd Line – Norwich – Onsite – Contract – Rate Negotiable We’re currently working with an internationally recognised business with operations in Norwich, Norfolk. They require an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to work on a contract basis for an initial 3 months period with the potential to extend. Job Description This 3rd Line IT Infrastructure Engineer role will have considerable responsibility across both high-level support. Working as part of a very talented team of IT professionals, within an ITIL environment, supporting core infrastructure for a large-scale business. predominantly Microsoft based, with a server estate running Windows Server 2016 to 2019, and VMware You will have extensive responsibilities around Citrix and Active Directory at a 3rd Line level, covering areas such as DHCP, DNS and Group Policies. Whilst the business has an established IT function which includes a designated Network team, you will also branch into areas such as LAN/WAN and TCP/IP support. The Successful Applicant Azure Windows 7/8/10 Windows Server (ideally through to 2019). VMware. Active Directory – DHCP, DNS, Group Policy. Citrix. Networking – LAN, WAN, TCP/IP Telephony System Support (preferably Cisco). ITIL. This role can be offered both inside and outside of IR35. Competitive negotiable hourly rates.
