JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are a leading maintenance and repair company delivering high-quality services across London and Essex. We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team, working on a diverse range of projects including general maintenance, refurbishment, and repairs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Carry out maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades, including:Carpentry (doors, shelving, furniture assembly, repairs)Plumbing (tap replacements, minor pipework, toilet/shower repairs)Tiling (wall and floor tiling)Painting & Decorating (internal/external surfaces, wallpapering, making good)Work independently or collaboratively to ensure projects are completed to a high standardMaintain tools, equipment, and company vanAdhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards at all timesREQUIREMENTSProven experience across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting/decorating)Full UK driving licenseStrong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanshipReliable, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to manage workload efficientlyExcellent time management and communication skillsWHAT WE OFFER:Company van and fuelOpportunity to work on varied projects across London and EssexSupportive and professional team environmentCompetitive payHOURSFull Time
