Join our client’s friendly refuse collection team servicing Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work Monday to Friday with a supportive company that values reliability and a strong work ethic.With paid assessments and guaranteed minimum hours, this role offers stability and competitive pay. You will be part of a close-knit loading team, making a positive impact on local communities. Have you previously worked for Biffa, Veolia or ODS? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you What’s in it for you? Competitive pay per hour (£630 per week based on 37 hours) Overtime paid per hour after 37 hours weekly Paid assessment to help you get started Guaranteed minimum hours pay per day Monday to Friday shifts, starting at 5:00 am and finishing around 1:00 pm Opportunity to progress to a permanent role based on performance Supportive team environment and local routes Key Requirements & Duties Hold a valid HGV Class 2 driving licence Possess a UK Digi Card and CPC Card Wear safety shoes and Hi-Vis (no uniform required for temporary workers)
