Bodyshop Estimator

Job DescriptionWe are working with a busy Bodyshop in Eastbourne who is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Estimator to work in their busy operation. Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex Salary: Negotiable depending on experience The role of an Bodyshop Estimator is to correctly interpret Customer or internal instructions and complete estimates and associated documentation, by following documented Quality Procedures. As a Bodyshop Estimator: You will need to examine vehicles and produce estimates for repairs, liaise and negotiate with Customers and Insurance Companies as required. You will monitor estimate/conversion rate. Have to ensure that all the necessary information is obtained and recorded, as required by documented procedures. Be able to maintain appearance and manner in order to present the best possible image to Customers in accordance with Company Policy. Be able to maintain good working relationships with Customers and other dealership staff. Record any Customer complaints or non conformance of the Quality System and implement appropriate corrective action by following documented procedures. Carry out any further duties, within capabilities, when requested by management.These may include visiting Customers and working outside normal hours.
