Job description About the role We are a chartered financial planning and employee benefits practice, directly regulated by the FCA, with a reputation for delivering clear, personal and professional advice. As our business continues to grow, we are now seeking a Junior Financial Adviser to join our team and build a long-term career in holistic financial planning. This is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified or early-stage Adviser (minimum level 4 qualified) with strong technical skills and client service experience, looking to progress in a well-supported and collaborative environment. You'll work closely with experienced Advisers, in-house Paraplanners and a dedicated admin team while gradually building your own portfolio. Key responsibilitiesSupport the delivery of tailored financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planningConduct fact-finds, risk assessments and assist in cashflow modellingPrepare and present clear recommendations in writing and in meetingsCollaborate with Senior Advisers to gain exposure to complex client scenariosBuild relationships with new and existing clients to support long-term adviceEnsure all advice and communications remain fully compliantWork closely with Paraplanners and admin staff to ensure smooth processing of businessWhat we're looking forLevel 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential)1+ years' experience in a client-facing financial services or paraplanning roleA desire to build a successful advisory career with a long-term focusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and a proactive, professional approachStrong ethics, client-first mindset and commitment to developmentWhat we offerSalary up to £55, (dependent on experience)Generous bonus scheme with 2x validationSupportive full-time or part-time working model (office-based role)Access to an established client base and quality leads22 days' holiday (pro-rated for part-time), plus bank holidays5% employer pension contributionGroup life assurance (death in service)Group critical illness insuranceHealth cash planFull paraplanning and admin supportOngoing mentoring, CPD and full support toward chartered status
