With flexible 4 on/off or Monday to Friday shift patterns starting at 6:00am, this is your chance to enjoy a great work-life balance and consistent hours Have you worked for DHL, XPO Logistics or Smiths? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to take the next step in your driving career What We Offer: No handball – all loading/unloading is handled with equipment for your safety and comfort Free on-site parking at our Gloucester depot Stable work environment with a reputable logistics leader Supportive team and ongoing driver assessments to ensure your success Your Role: Safely operate HGV Class 1 vehicles, adhering to all UK driving laws and regulations Plan efficient routes using GPS technology for timely deliveries and collections (max 2 drops per shift) Conduct thorough pre-journey inspections and report any issues Maintain accurate paperwork and ensure excellent customer service at all per hour per hour Mon-Fri This role uses rolled-up holiday pay. A holiday pay uplift of is included in your hourly rate and paid with each regular salary payment. You will not receive a separate payment for holiday entitlement when it is taken, and this will be itemised on your payslip Requirements: Valid UK HGV Class 1 driving licence with no more than 6 points CPC and UK Digi Tacho cards Ability to work early morning (starting 06:00) Good communication skills in English Ready to drive your career forward?
