The farm is home to around 600-700 Holstein cows, averaging 11,500 litres per cow per year, milked through brand-new robotic units.Operating an AYR calving, fully housed system, the farm maintains excellent facilities and a clear focus on cow health, welfare, and efficiency. The family lead by example and foster a supportive, team-based environment where everyone takes pride in their work.An experienced Herdsperson or Assistant Herdsperson is now sought to join the team and support the Head Herdsperson in achieving high herd performance and welfare standards.Herdsperson - The Job Role:This is a varied role involving milking, youngstock care, feeding, and general herd management.
