Interim Partnerships Manager The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a top health charity on a fantastic Interim Partnerships Manager role. This contract position offers an opportunity to lead and develop strategic partnerships that will significantly impact the organisations mission during a 5-month engagement starting in January. Key Responsibilities Develop, establish, and nurture relationships with diverse external partners aligned with organisational goals. Manage partnership portfolios, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope. Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with organisational priorities. Monitor, evaluate, and report on partnership performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth within the charity sector. Act as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders, representing the organisation professionally and effectively. Contribute to the development of partnership policies and best practices. Person Specification Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships within non-profit or charity environments. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and influencing abilities. Ability to independently manage projects, priorities, and deadlines. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities. Demonstrated understanding of the charity sector and related funding landscapes. Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative approach.
