Job Title: Social WorkLocation: East Riding of YorkshireRate: £35 per hourHours: Mon to Fri, 37 hours per week Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Adult Hospital Team based in Hull & North Yorkshire, offering a pay rate of £35 per hour. What will your responsibilities be? In your role, you will conduct Care Act Assessments and complex Mental Capacity assessments. You will make Best Interest Decisions in acute hospital settings and prioritize casework effectively in high-demand environments. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to support service delivery will be essential, as will understanding Continuing Health Care criteria and using DST checklists.
