With a national team structure and strong internal collaboration, this is an opportunity to make a measurable impact in a clinically driven, mission-led organisation.Job DescriptionThis is a field-based role covering the Midlands, with a focus on delivering growth across acute and community healthcare settings.Drive new business acquisition within NHS hospitals and acute care environments (approx. 75% of time)Manage and grow existing accounts in community care, ensuring long-term adoption of continence solutionsBuild strong relationships with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, including clinicians, procurement teams, and infection prevention specialistsDevelop and execute territory plans informed by market data and local prioritiesProvide clinical education and product training to healthcare professionalsCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and supportRepresent the business at clinical meetings, product demonstrations, and regional eventsOperate independently while contributing to a highly collaborative national teamThe Successful ApplicantA commercially driven sales professional with proven experience in acute and community healthcare environments.Strong track record in medical device or healthcare product sales.
