Digital Manager Digital Manager – North Yorkshire / Hybrid with 3 days per week from home Up to £40,000 + Excellent BenefitsAn established and growing organisation require a skilled Digital Manager / Web Manager to lead their digital department. The organisation is going on a digital transformation journey, and you will have oversight of their infrastructure, mobile apps and websites. As a Web Manager, you will ensure the seamless integration of a variety of digital and CRM systems, ensuring they are secure, user-friendly, and aligned with the business goals. The Digital Manager will lead the planning and delivery of their digital transformation, futureproofing the organisation and enhancing business operations. This role requires at least two days per week attendance in their North Yorkshire office. Key responsibilities:Management, development and integration of various apps, websites and CRM systems,SEO and analytics leadershipDelivery of innovative digital solutionsEnsure seamless CRM integration and a smooth UXOversight of website and app developmentMonitor analytics and user engagementImplement SEO strategies Core skills & experience for this role:Experience as a Web ManagerProven experience managing websites and apps, ideally in a membership or not-for-profit settingStrong knowledge of CMS platformsUnderstanding of web development technologies e.g. JavaScript, PHP etc.Microsoft Dynamics experience would be beneficialExperience of SEO, digital marketing, UX best practices, and web analytics tools  Package:Basic salary up to £40,000Flexible and hybrid workingA clear progression framework with individual career and development plansA range of benefits including pension, life cover, health cash plan, staff discounts, competitive holidays and a cycle to work scheme  The company have an excellent reputation within their sector, and have experienced consecutive years of growth.
