SEN Class Teacher Milk Education is recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Class Teachers to join outstanding SEN schools across Nottingham, working on a long-term or permanent basis, starting immediately. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEN. • Provide 1:1 and small group support, ensuring progress in both academic and personal development. • Implement and monitor EHCP targets and use assessment data to track pupil progress. • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes engagement and emotional wellbeing. Essential Qualifications & Skills: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) – experience in SEN settings preferred. • Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, differentiation, and behaviour management. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach to teaching and learning.
