SEN Class Teacher Milk Education is recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Class Teachers to join outstanding SEN schools across Nottingham, working on a long-term or permanent basis, starting immediately. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced or newly qualified teachers who are committed to supporting pupils with special educational needs and creating an inclusive, nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEN. • Provide 1:1 and small group support, ensuring progress in both academic and personal development. • Implement and monitor EHCP targets and use assessment data to track pupil progress. • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes engagement and emotional wellbeing. Essential Qualifications & Skills: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) – experience in SEN settings preferred. • Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, differentiation, and behaviour management. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach to teaching and learning.
