Procurement Business Partner - LutonCommercial Concessions for Revenue GenerationAbout Our ClientJoin London Luton Airport at a time of exciting transformation. We're recruiting Procurement Business Partners across several key areas to help shape the future of procurement at one of the UK's fastest-growing airports.Job Description ResponsibilitiesManage procurement lifecycle for new and renewed concession agreements.Support the development of sourcing strategies to attract strong commercial partners.Prepare and evaluate tenders for retail, F&B, parking and surface transportation.Assist in drafting agreements including fixed rent, revenue share and service KPIs.Work closely with the commercial, finance and property teams on planning and delivery.Track commercial performance, contract terms and market benchmarks.Maintain and update concession contract registers and renewal schedules.Monitor service quality and passenger feedback across concession areas.Provide spend and revenue analysis to support commercial planning.Support market engagement and analysis of customer and retail trends.The Successful ApplicantExperience in commercial, property or concession procurement.Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue-generating agreements.Good analytical and reporting skills, with a customer and service focus.Able to engage with internal teams and external concession partners effectively.MCIPS or working towards it is preferred.What's on OfferSalary of up to £60,000 + fantastic benefitsAnnual Leave: 25 days + 8 bank holidays (Extra days awarded for long service)Profit Share Scheme: - Annual bonus based on company performance and length of serviceFlexi-Savings Scheme: - Up to 12% employer contribution towards pension, ISA, or mortgagePrivate Medical Insurance:Retail Discounts: Up to 20% off at airport shops and food outletsOn-site Gym: Free access for airside passholdersQuarterly Incentives: Bonus payments for achieving guest experience targetsThis is a genuine opportunity to shape your role, develop the category, make your mark, and grow your career in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
