This practice is led by Directors with over 40 years’ experience across commercial and residential sectors. With a diverse portfolio spanning decarbonisation, cladding upgrades, education, and residential projects, they’re building a strong reputation for sustainability-focused design and have ambitious growth plans. Please note that those already in senior and director-level roles will be considered. The role is based in commutable distance from South London, Surrey and West Sussex Role & Responsibilities Take a lead roles in running projects Develop and manage a team Work with the existing management team Help develop business opportunities Work directly with clients as point of contact. Required Skills & Experience Qualified Architect Minimum of 10 years of experience Uk project experience Proven experience managing teams and running projects independently Strong client management skills and excellent communication abilities Aspiration to move into a Director-level role and participate in long-term business growth Experience with Revit (training will be provided if needed).
