It includes Senior Practitioners, Social Workers, and Adolescent Practitioners, alongside specialist roles such as Education, Training & Employment (ETE), CAMHS / resilience workers, victim support, seconded police officers and probation officers. Hertfordshire County Council The service’s focus is on relationship-based, trauma-informed practice with young people, working to prevent family breakdown, safeguard vulnerable adolescents, and support desistance.
