Pay rate £44.50 per hour
Contract role – Looked After Children, Leaving Care, Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Children's Social Work Team Manager in North London. 
This will involve managing up to 6 workers that consists of Social Workers and Personal Advisors.
More info: 
Knowledge of the Legislative work around the Children Act, Leaving Care Act and Unaccompanied Minors. Experience taking the lead Chairing Professional Meetings, Strategy Meetings and supporting staff attending multi-disciplinary meeting, Children Looked After Reviews etc. Supporting staff interviewing and completing Merton Compliant Age Assessments. Ability to support and work with staff where there are performance issues; ability to communicate both verbally and writing. Working in partnership with other TM and covering weekly duty. A Manager with experience of preparing for inspections. 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
