The role The firm are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor 2+ years PQE to join their growing department. In this role you will be working alongside other senior members of the team with a view of growing the department further. Having recruited local reputable senior commercial litigators, they are now in a position to grow further. You will deal with a wide range of commercial litigation disputes on behalf of a variety of companies, partnerships and individuals. You will deal with a mix of partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims and high value commercial disputes.
