Job Title: Social WorkLocation: Lewisham London Borough CouncilRate: £32 per hour An exciting role has become available at the Lewisham London Borough Council. They are looking for an Adult Learning Disabilities Social Worker to join their team, offering a pay rate of £32 per hour. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will work as a care management social worker, assessing the needs of vulnerable adults and their carers. You will support them in arranging services to meet the identified needs and outcomes. Central to your responsibilities will be promoting prevention, independence, self-directed support, choice, and control. Additionally, you will manage risks and safeguard both adults and children where relevant. You will also provide case management support for adults requiring frequent specialist intervention to meet their needs. You will have passion for working with those with learning disabilities and possess strong written and verbal communication.
