2nd Line IT Service Desk Analyst
Glasgow City Centre / Hybrid
£25,000 - £33,000
Daily Duties:
- Handling 1st line escalations and 2nd line support tickets , ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues both remotely and onsite.
- Managing and maintaining IT systems, including Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualized environments.
- Working from the office on a mix of ticket-based work and projects , with opportunities to gain hands-on experience.
- Collaborating with senior engineers on complex technical challenges and infrastructure projects.
- Opportunity to progress into a senior role , providing onsite client support as part of your career development.
- Visiting client sites when necessary (driving license required).
Tech Stack:
- Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
- Windows Server and Virtualization (VMware).
- Networking: configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions.
