Job DescriptionA well established contractor with a growing pipeline of projects across the Midlands is looking to bring on a Design Manager to join their growing team. Hybrid Role - Project Based in West Midlands. £65,000 - £75,000 + package You'll take the lead on an exciting new leisure project in West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high profile scheme and join an esteemed business. What We're Looking For: · Strong, proven experience in a Design Management role (or similar) · Evidenced ability of leading projects from early design through to completion · Background with a main contractor working on leisure, residential, education, or similar schemes · Strong ability to drive design progress and resolve challenges during delivery Highly Desirable: · Experience in pre-construction and/or demolition works · A relevant degree or professional membership (e.g. CIOB, RIBA)
