Your main duties will include: Supporting clients in the creation of new products and services by offering comprehensive regulatory guidance, from product structuring and agreement drafting to communications and complex system development.Ensuring you are working closely with Partners to support junior team members' professional development. Aiding clients in implementing regulatory obligations, including those related to BNPL, consumer credit, and payment reforms.Presenting at client events and various conferences. Providing assistance when things don't go as planned, including evaluating regulatory challenges and developing remediation strategies.Actively undertaking business development activities with potential clients and work closely with Partners to grow the department.
