This includes incident and access request management and collaborating with IT Product Owners, SME's and the user community on solution improvement discussions.The successful candidate will be expected to follow ITIL aligned processes and will contribute to the development of knowledge and user self-help guides/training material. Applications/systems/key solutions in scope: 3DX Dassault (Enovia). Intention is to grow this function into IT Product Manager to replace existing IT Product Manager.Responsibilities:Hands on technical configuration of key applications, including application enhancements and upgradesProvide support to application key users, covering functionality, incidents and problem resolution - these queries will be recorded using my clients ITSM ticket toolHandle/analyse application incidents - troubleshooting of the key solution incidents.
