With a growing portfolio of exciting projects and a reputation for excellence, we are looking to expand our talented team.The RoleWe’re seeking an experienced and driven Senior Structural Engineer to lead and deliver a wide range of structural projects from concept through to completion. You will play a key role in both the technical and client-facing aspects of the business, working across residential refurbishments, extensions, and new builds, as well as commercial and mixed-use developments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of structural projects (steel, concrete, timber, and masonry)Conduct structural assessments, surveys, and reports for domestic and commercial propertiesLiaise with architects, contractors, developers, and local authoritiesSupervise junior engineers and technicians, providing mentorship and technical guidanceEnsure all work complies with current building regulations and codes of practicePrepare design calculations, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard softwareWhat We’re Looking ForDegree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng or BEng)Chartered or working towards chartership (IStructE or ICE)Minimum years’ experience in structural engineeringStrong background in both domestic and commercial projectsProficient in design software such as Tekla, Tedds, AutoCAD, and RevitExcellent communication and client liaison skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervisionFull UK driving licence
