The successful candidate will play an integral role in a range of international, national, and regional matters, focusing on non-contentious construction and infrastructure work. The role involves advising on residential and commercial developments, renewable energy projects, urban regeneration schemes, financing arrangements, joint ventures, operation/maintenance/service contracts, and facilities management.You will be drafting and negotiating contracts, including NEC, JCT, FIDIC, and bespoke agreements.
