Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Adult Social CareLocation: WolverhamptonPay Rate: £28.40 per hourJob Description: Liquid Personnel is looking to recruit a fully qualified Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Adult Social Care team in Wolverhampton. What will your responsibilities be? Carry out holistic assessments to identify needs and promote independence. Prescribe and recommend appropriate equipment and major adaptations to support safe living. Collaborate with housing teams and other professionals to facilitate Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs). Provide expert advice on environmental modifications and assistive technology. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports. Conduct risk assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs. Support service users in achieving rehabilitation goals and improving quality of life. Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to service development.
