Job Description Quantity Surveyor | Mansfield, Nottinghamshire Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 We are recruiting for a diligent and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a leading UK supplier and installer of specialist furniture and equipment, supporting large-scale construction projects nationwide. This role will focus on subcontract account management, variation control, and ensuring accurate cost management across live projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage subcontractor accounts from award to final account. Review and process subcontractor payment applications. Maintain and update variation logs, valuing changes in line with contract procedures. Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to capture evidence and ensure value recovery. Support client applications and challenge assessments where necessary. Requirements: Experience in a Quantity Surveying role. Strong knowledge of cost control and commercial management. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Benefits: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Company pension scheme. On-site parking.
