As a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to individuals within the community who are requiring Physiotherapy support. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. The role is available on a 30 hour week, and is available to start ASAP for an ongoing period. Key Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals with mental health conditions in community settings. Delivering evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life for clients. Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals and community agencies to ensure coordinated care and support for clients. Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding their condition and treatment options. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with professional and organizational standards. Requirements: Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification. HCPC registration. Previous experience working as a Band 6 Physiotherapist in community settings. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Valid driving license and access to a car for travel between community locations.
