My client seeks an Assistant Retail Manager to drive sales growth across three retailer websites. You will lead short and long-term strategies, collaborating with National Accounts and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of in-store and online activities.

Key responsibilities include tracking and analysing sales performance, creating detailed reports, and recommending actionable strategies. You will plan promotional kits, manage product portfolios, ensure accurate pricing, and optimize product merchandising. Additionally, you will organize strategy meetings, maintain strong retailer relationships, and oversee site audits for brand alignment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a results-driven ecommerce environment, with a strong commercial drive and proven success in achieving ambitious online targets. Excellent analytical skills, effective communication, and knowledge of the beauty or fashion industry are essential.
