SITE AGENT- Permanent OpportunityDivision: Civils Location: Larne, Northern Ireland
Benefits: Car Allowance, Subsidised Private Medical Cover, Life Assurance, Living away from home allowance (where appropriate), Contributory Pension, 36 Days annual leave (Including Public Holidays) We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Agent to join our Civil Engineering division, working on a major new development in Larne.
As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for driving forward projects, whilst managing and controlling all project resources. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to develop key relationships with both operational personnel and supply chain partners. Experience within Construction would be exceptional, Civil Engineering experience is also a plus
About You The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar position with a main contractor.
Typical duties will include: Manage engineering team including Site Engineers, Section Engineers & Foreman Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are being complied with Ensure that all aspects of the project are effectively monitored and controlled Deliver project within programme and budget Manage and monitor subcontractors Liaise with client and designers Attend monthly progress meetings and compile monthly reports Manage Quality & Environmental plans on site Introduce improvements and innovations where appropriate Control contract costs Ensure work is delivered in accordance with the specification Take part in and deliver a Safety Culture with the entire site team
