Be the best to support the bestIn this role, you will provide pre-entry medical scrutiny of Candidates' Primary Health Care Records and medical declarations to ensure they meet military standards, following official guidelines and protocols.This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, hybrid role with an assigned office of Upavon, Brighton, Coventry, or Cardiff.Job title:Medical Records AssessorJob Description:What you'll be doing:Ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed for each caseMaking clinical decisions and judgement on cases following the NMC/ HCPC GuidelinesAssessment and completion of computerised documentsComplying with Capita Audit and Quality Assurance processesWorking towards daily/weekly case completion targetsEssential qualifications/skills/experienceQualified Healthcare Professional with current UK registration (e.g. NMC/ HCPC) with no restrictionsPost-Registration experience as a Nurse, Paramedic or PhysiotherapistStrong accuracy levels and attention to detailAbility to make clinical decisionsComfortable working in a target driven environment, you will be typing approximately 8 cases per dayAbout Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP): At Capita Recruiting Partnering Project, we're transforming the British Army's recruitment service.
