If so, this may be the role for you… KHR is currently working with a reputable gastropub based in Sevenoaks and is currently on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager. This is an important role within the team, which will see you be the face of the establishment and the leader of the team, ensuring customers have a great experienceThis is a varied role and will require someone flexible to run the Front of House and Bar.Responsibilities:– Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service– Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff– Train and develop staff members, providing guidance and feedback as needed– Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and excellent customer service– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards– Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service– Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty– Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionallyCandidate Profile:-Previous experience in restaurant management– Strong leadership and team-building skills– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment– Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles– Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulationsThey are hiring immediately, so apply todayAt KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
