This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional to be part of a high-profile development in one of Europe's most dynamic markets.The Role: As the MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing cost management expertise across all mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) packages. Working closely with the client, project teams, and supply chain partners, you will ensure accurate cost control, risk management, and value engineering are applied throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for MEP worksConducting cost analysis and value engineering exercisesManaging subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and paymentsMonitoring project costs against budget and reporting variancesSupporting the client with financial reporting and contractual adviceEnsuring compliance with local and international standardsAbout You:Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or similar disciplineStrong background in MEP cost management within consultancy or contractor environmentsSolid understanding of procurement processes and FIDIC or NEC contracts (advantageous)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPrevious experience in Scandinavia or wider Europe desirable but not essentialWillingness to be based in Sweden for the duration of the project (relocation or FIFO options available)What's on Offer:Opportunity to work with a global consultancy on a landmark projectCompetitive salary and package with relocation support or FIFO travel optionCareer development within an international environmentIf you are an MEP Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting new challenge in Sweden, please apply with your CV or reach out directly to Andreea Hudson for a confidential discussion.Aldwych Consulting values diversity and promotes equality.
