The Role Attract and assess candidates for technology and engineering roles. Use Boolean search and other creative sourcing techniques to find suitable candidates. Write well-crafted job adverts, manage LinkedIn projects, and guide candidates through the recruitment process. Manage the full recruitment cycle—from job qualification to candidate placement. Ask loads of questions What We Offer: Salary, Commission & Bonus: £25-35k base + commission (£250 per contract placement, £400 per permanent placement) + quarterly bonus scheme Flexible Working: Core hours from 10 am to 4 pm, with the option to work from home on Fridays and a 4 pm finish.
