The Role This is a pivotal opportunity for a Senior Associate or Legal Director looking to take the next step in their career and become a foundational part of the construction team in Bristol. You'll work closely with the national construction team, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters, while helping to shape the future of the practice locally. You'll be encouraged to get involved in business development, team building, and client engagement from day one. The ideal candidate will have strong regional connections, but the firm is equally open to lawyers from larger national firms who are looking to move into a role with genuine progression opportunities and a clear pathway to partnership.
