For this KS2 primary teacher role, you will have the choice of the year group you would like to teach in KS2 based in preference and experience. You will work closely with the teachers in KS2 as well as your partner teacher, to plan, prepare and deliver fun and engaging lessons that raise attainment for children of all abilities. This primary school offers modern facilities as well as excellent resources to ensure your teaching is creative and motivating. You will have fantastic support from senior leaders and other staff across the school. This primary school has a real family feel to it. As an ECT, you will have a dedicated and experienced mentor to help and guide you. As an experienced primary teacher you will have the opportunities to develop into middle and senior leadership with courses available including NPQML & NPQSL. Both experienced primary teachers and ECTs will have regular CPD and development opportunities. Everyone is included in enhancing their skills set and knowledge and will all have individual tailored plans.
