Our busy and friendly GP Practice in Lincolnshire is seeking two enthusiastic Locum Receptionists to join their team immediately. They’re a supportive and welcoming practice, and we’re looking for individuals who share their commitment to providing excellent patient care. What You’ll Be Doing: Welcoming patients and visitors with a warm and professional approach. Managing appointments, telephone calls, and patient inquiries efficiently. Maintaining patient records and ensuring data accuracy. Handling administrative tasks, including correspondence and processing requests. Working collaboratively with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth practice operations. What We’re Looking For: Immediate availability and a genuine desire to start work right away Proven experience as a Receptionist, ideally within a GP practice setting. Essential: Previous experience with System One clinical software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A proactive and organised approach to work, with a strong attention to detail. A friendly and empathetic attitude towards patients and colleagues. A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
