The Transfer Pricing team is part of a dynamic, fast-growing global tax practice that works across borders to deliver innovative, practical solutions to multinational clients.Your new role As a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager, you will support a wide range of clients in developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies that align with their global business operations andply with international tax regulations. Your responsibilities will include:Conducting detailed economic and financial analyses, including intellectual property valuations, intepany pricing, and debt capacity assessmentsPreparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation and reportsSupporting clients with transfer pricing planning,pliance, and controversy mattersCollaborating with cross-functional teams across tax, legal, and finance disciplinesAssisting in the development of proposals and client presentationsMentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team cultureWhat you'll need to succeed A strong academic background in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional qualification such as ACA, CTA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus)At least 3 years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax within a professional services or consulting environmentStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modellingExcellent written and verbalmunication skillsA proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solvingplex problemsWhat you'll get in return Apetitive salary and performance-based bonusAccess to top-tier training and development opportunitiesA collaborative, inclusive culture that values integrity, quality, and innovationFlexible working arrangements and a strong focus on work-life balanceOpportunities to work on high-impact international projectsA clear path for career progression in a growing global firm
